Convention Girls was founded on the growing need for quality promotional models to work on behalf of brands, and the agencies that support them. Although outsourced reps have worked for brands for many years, the vast majority of these people were unknowns, and often inappropriate due to poor quality control of the agencies the brands employed to staff for them.
